Body language

I think  two of the important aspects of body language i want to improve the most is gesture and eye contact. The gesture was important in stage, if my content can associate with gesture it would be great about my presentation, the other is eye contact, eye contact can prove you are confident person, then, you will more shiny on others eyes.
